(the “Company”) (address: 2-1-1 Otemachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; represented by: Masanari Kawaminami, President ) recognizes that the rigorous protection of personal information (information such as name, address, phone number and e-mail address that enables the identification of specific individuals) and the appropriate handling of such information are important requirements for conducting its business operations.

  The Company implements reasonable security measures in terms of information technology and organizational structure against risks such as unauthorized access or leakage, loss, damage, or falsification of personal information. The Company limits the number of persons who handle personal information, enforces handling within the scope of the purpose of use, and exercises rigorous management to prevent unauthorized use of personal information. Furthermore, if personal information is provided to a service provider of the Company, supervision is carried out to ensure that the safety management measures equivalent to those taken by the Company are implemented.

• 6. Requests for disclosure of personal information, and questions and complaints regarding the handling of personal information

  Regarding the personal information of customers held by the Company, in case of requests for disclosure, correction, addition or deletion, suspension of use, erasure, and suspension of provision to third parties, etc. (hereinafter the “Disclosure of Personal Information”) and questions or complaints regarding the handling of personal information, the Company will, upon verification of the information owner’s identity, respond without delay within a reasonable period of time and reasonable scope.
